Cryptocoryne Wendtii Tropica

Cryptocoryne wendtii ‘Tropica’ is a striking variety of Crypt wendtii with broad, ruffled leaves that range from deep green to rich bronze-brown, adding bold texture and color to aquascapes. Growing in a compact rosette, it’s ideal for the midground or as a standout centerpiece in freshwater tanks. Hardy and beginner-friendly, it adapts well to low to moderate light and does not require CO₂, though it will grow faster in enriched setups. Like other crypts, it may undergo “crypt melt” when first introduced but reliably regrows from its strong root system. Fish- and shrimp-safe, ‘Tropica’ is a durable and eye-catching plant for natural aquascapes.
