Issues with order

DOA (dead on arrival) 

In case of DOA (dead on arrival) please send an email with a picture of the dead plants in their original package to qiran.fan@outlook.com within 12 hours of delivery. Upon confirmation, a full refund or a replacement plant will be shipped out on behalf of your request. 

Missing items/wrong items 

If there are missing items in your order or the wrong items please email qiran.fan@outlook.com with all items in their original package and replacement plants or a refund will be given out on behalf of your request.
