Refund policy

Returns are not accepted, and refunds or new shipments are given only under these circumstances after following the given instructions

DOA (dead on arrival) 

In case of DOA (dead on arrival) please send an email with a picture of the dead plants in their original package to qiran.fan@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. Upon confirmation, a full refund or a replacement plant will be shipped out on behalf of your request. 

Missing items/wrong items 

If there are missing items in your order or the wrong items please email qiran.fan@outlook.com with all items in their original package and replacement plants or a refund will be given out on behalf of your request
